I cannot receive mail on my iPad. Every time I go on, a box pops up telling me I cannot get mail because user name and password for nancybmitchell55@aol.com is incorrect

Hi there! Thank you for entrusting us with your problem. We will do our utmost best to help you out.
Is it the first time to access your email through the iPad mail app? If so, then there must have been a mistake when you tried to set it up. What you can do now is to delete that email account in your iPad and set it up as a new one. To do this please go to Settings -> Mail -> Click on the account you want to delete -> Delete. Once you have deleted it, you can now set it up as a new account. Once prompted for the password, Remember that by default your iPad would be in capital letter for the first letter with regards to anything you type so make sure that your typing all small letters. Make sure that the name is the name for that account. To add a new account you can go to Settings -> Mail -> Add new account.
